On August 20, 2019, Jinan Shizhong District government, Great Lakes group and South Korea Central University held an international technical cooperation signing ceremony in Seoul, South Korea. Reached the cooperation intention of jointly establishing the "Great Lakes international high tech achievements transformation center of Central University of Korea" in Shizhong District of Jinan. Six leaders including Han Yongjun, Secretary of Shizhong District Party committee, Zhang Huaguo, director of Shizhong District Science and Technology Bureau, representatives of the Great Lakes group and relevant leaders of South Korea Central University attended the signing ceremony.

       On behalf of Shizhong District government, Secretary Han Yongjun expressed his warmest congratulations on the successful signing of the project and hoped to take this cooperation as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation in talent exchange, technical training, resource sharing and so on. The establishment of the international high-tech achievement transformation center will provide support for our city to improve the preparation technology level of environmental protection new materials and the overall industrial strength. Zhang Guohua, director of Shizhong District Science and Technology Bureau, signed the agreement on behalf of Shizhong District government at the signing ceremony and said that he would strongly support the landing of the international scientific and technological achievements transformation center in Shizhong District of Jinan, and would provide scientific and technological professional services such as site support, policy support, project application, big data, intellectual property rights and incubation to assist the landing and industrialization of achievements transformation.

        Chung ang University was founded in 1918. Its history, tradition and scale rank high in South Korea. The university now has 12 single subject universities and 17 graduate schools, with more than 33600 students, more than 6400 master's and doctoral students and more than 1300 full-time professors.

        Great Lakes group is a comprehensive service provider of ecological restoration and treatment and energy chemicals integrating R & D, production, sales and service. It focuses on one-stop solution services in the fields of ecological restoration, industrial water treatment, pulverized coal gas and coal water slurry, sewage treatment and so on.
